The main role of the Clinic Nurse is to Assess, plan, prioritise and deliver patient care requirements, both physical and psychological. This role will seek advice and support from senior staff as required and ensure a holistic assessment is undertaken, following surgeon preferences when undertaking preoperative assessments. The Clinic Nurse will chaperone patients during examination by medical staff if required and be mindful of all patient cultures and religions.

Duties on a daily basis include, but are not limited to:

  • Alert Patient Management Department about any urgent GP letters or similar.
  • Ensure all needs of patients under your care are met in agreement with the patient and that it is thoroughly documented.
  • Upload patient pre and post-operative photographs to CRM.
  • Provide advice and support to all patients and relatives with elements of their care, ensuring an empathetic approach in all situations.
  • Sign off any results each day and ensure that the milestones on the patient journey are updated.

The senior administrator is responsible for all individuals coming through the clinic doors ensuring they are managed appropriately, provided with all suitable information and passed to the appropriate clinic team member. All inbound calls to the clinic come through the senior administrator, the calls must be handled courteously and all efforts must be made to assist the caller.

The senior administrator manages the processing all correspondence from patient coordinators as well as prioritising all incoming information. The Senior Administrator will also maintain records of all documentation, file materials, manage data entry and even set up databases and other relevant data information. Word processing skills, spreadsheet and database experience is also essential.

The Senior Administrator will be exposed to very confidential information and as a result, must be able to work with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner. He or she will be required to relay information accurately through phone conversations, messages, emails and other forms of communication. They should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form, should be very logical, organised, and multi-tasking.

The mail role of the Clinic Manager is to manage the clinic team with the patient process, with a focus on profitability whilst maintaining the highest quality of service to patients in accordance with One Health Medical Group’s policies and procedures & all relevant legislation relating to clinic manager status. In this role, the Clinic Manager will act as the first point of contact for the team in relation to any queries, complaints or general enquiries relating to cosmetic surgery and the patient process.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and developing the clinic team to achieve clinic targets to improve the overall performance of the clinic and to encourage development and growth of the clinic.
  • Ensure that the clinic provides a safe patient environment.
  • Ensure that the clinic team deliver the highest quality patient experience at all times, with particular reference to One Health Medical Group brand standards and the care quality commission.
  • Ensure that the team drive regional brand awareness and local promotional activities.
  • Ensure that the team deliver efficient function of all patient files.
  • Ensure that the team promotes and fully supports One Health Medical
  • Group’s key messages and initiatives at all times, with particular reference to brand standards and CQC.
  • Manage and monitor and audit the team’s quality and accuracy of work and activities.

The Patient Care Coordinator will drive the One Health Medical Group brand with a passion while meeting all daily, weekly and monthly targets including, but not limited to:

  • Consultations attended
  • Attendance rate
  • Scheduling per day
  • Call quality
  • Dials
  • Conversions from calls handled to consultations made
  • Conversion by lead source

Duties will include promoting the One Health Medical Group brand and providing accurate information to both patients and third parties, along with correct and accurate reporting within the CRM system and any manual reports. The Patient Care Coordinator will be effective in processing enquiries into One Health Medical Group. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing and prioritising all related work, including resolving patient issues and escalating when necessary, contributing to team calls, proactively suggesting new ways to improve overall processes and procedures and more.

The main focus of the Registered Vaser/Laser Healthcare Professional is to ensure high standards of patient care is delivered in an effective, efficient manner reflecting the overall philosophy of the service.
The Registered Vaser/Laser Healthcare Professional works to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in line with One Health Medical Group’s guidelines, policies, company values and work practices. In addition, this role will serve as a role model delivering pre, peri and post procedure care to patients undergoing Laser and Vaser lipolysis.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assess, plan, prioritise and deliver patient care requirements, both physical and psychological. Seek advice and support from senior staff as required.
  • Chaperone patients during examination pre-procedure by medical staff if required. Be mindful of culture and religion and ensuring privacy and dignity is maintained at all times.
  • In accordance with individual patient care, undertake and record patient’s observations.
  • Ensure all needs of patients under your care are met in agreement with the patient and that it is thoroughly documented.
  • Provide advice and support to all patients and relatives with elements of their care, ensuring an empathetic approach in all situations.
  • On receipt of any results or investigations ensure clinical treatment plan is agreed and keep their surgeon informed.
  • Carry out clinical procedures as required, ensuring optimal recovery to health for patient.
  • Ensure patients are suitable for surgery, in accordance with protocols and guidelines.

A sales and customer service role within the cosmetic surgery industry. work within a small efficient talented Patient Bookings Team to ensure business targets are met, exceeded and all opportunities are maximized. Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to ensure new patients attend clinics Nationwide. This is a performance related role, where targets are set and measured against a number of key performance indicators.
